How to Connect to the Internet

To connect to the internet, you will need the network name (SSID) and password. You can find this information on the back of your router/modem. 

How to Connect to Wi-Fi on Your Phone:

1. Go to Settings. 

2. Tap Wi-Fi and make sure it’s turned on. 

3. Find your desired network.  

4. Tap the network name, then enter the password to connect.

My Password Isn’t Working, What Should I Do?

Firstly, double-check if you’ve typed the password correctly, paying attention to uppercase and lowercase letters.  

Where you find the password on the router depends on its type: 

• ZHONE: The password is typically located on the back of the box. 
• ZYXEL: You can find the password (wireless key, not login password) either on the back or on the side. 
• AIRTIES: The password is usually located underneath the box.
